Ananda Marga is a global spiritual and social service organization founded in 1955 by Shrii Shrii Anandamurti (Prabhat Rainjan Sarkar). It is a beautiful blend of activities devoted to expansion of our individual consciousness as well as making a constructive contribution to creating a universal human society.
In Korea we have two yoga centers in Seoul and Jeonju as well as an organic garden in Yangya-ri Village, Jeollabuk-do. Collective meditations take place in Seoul, Jeonju, Daejon, Seosan and Hong Dong.

Meditation Steps is a free online meditation course. It offers a simple and practical method of meditation especially for those who are trying it for the first time. Other practices that enhance meditation i.e. yoga exercises, vegetarianism and fasting are presented in an easily replicable way.
