We regularly conduct one day wellness seminars to educate and motivate people to easily and gradually adapt a healthy, holistic lifestyle.
These seminars are held in a comfortable studio in Daejon on a Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm.
The seminars cover a wide variety of aspects of healthy living: yoga class, deep relaxation, music therapy, talks on spiritual philosophy or social philosophy, group sharing, delicious vegetarian lunch, spiritual chants and dance together with meditation. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and warm.
So far for this year no dates have been fixed for this program.
